Scheduling       Cost       Rules

Willow Pool offers its members the benefit of reserving three pool areas for parties lasting up to 3 hours. The areas are: the back porch, front porch, and the gazebo. Members can also reserve a gas grill for $5.00 fee to cover the propane cost or a charcoal grill for no fee (member to supply fuel). The cost for parties is $3.00 for every non-Willow Pool member regardless of whether or not the attendees swim. There is no cost for children under the age of 2 years. Parties are scheduled during regular pool hours.

Scheduling

To schedule a party:

    1.  PLEASE check the calendar link and find a day,          time, and location that is not reserved yet.

    2.  Email Gloria Pereira or call at 713.728.5922,              and leave a message with the reservation                    information:

• Member Name and Number
• Party Date and Time
• Location Desired: back porch, front porch or gazebo
• Estimated number of guests
• Party name for your guests - if applicable    (e.g., Rizzy's Birthday Party)
• Grill reservation - if desired

Cost

The cost for parties is $3.00 for every non-Willow Pool member regardless of whether or not the attendees swim. There is no cost for children under the age of 2 years.  We reserve the right to charge additional fees for large parties if additional lifeguards need to be hired to accommadate the event.

Rules

No Glass containers on the premises, including the parking lot.  

No ballons or confetti as they can cause  problems with the pool system.

Only MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING are eligible to schedule parties.

Parties are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

At least one adult (21 years or more) MUST be the responsible person and contact for all scheduling and in case of problems arising as a result of or prior to any scheduled party.
